Where to request a refund
KAVRYN does not take payments directly on this website. Start your refund or order-support request through the Payhip, Amazon or other seller page where you completed the purchase. The platform's displayed refund, return and cancellation rules apply to that transaction.
Digital products
Because digital files are delivered immediately, they are generally not refundable after download or access, except where required by applicable law or where the file is materially defective. If a file is damaged, incomplete or inaccessible, email KAVRYN with your order details so the issue can be checked.
Printed and physical products
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds for books or physical products fulfilled through Amazon are handled under the policy shown for your Amazon order. Use your Amazon order page or Amazon customer support for the fastest resolution.
